Beauty Box 5 and That Awkward Moment 2014 Sweepstakes run from 1/09/14 to 2/15/14. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: Beauty Box 5 and That Awkward Moment 2014 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 08:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/09/14 and ends at 11:59:00 PM (“ET”) on 2/15/14 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Beauty Box 5 and That Awkward Moment 2014 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, but including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Beauty Box 5 (the "Sponsor"), Focus Features, and NBC Universal; their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies; and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, representatives, licensees, partners, associates, successors and assigns (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"); and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

ENTRY: There is one (1) way to enter. Method #1: Facebook Entry. Visit https://www.facebook.com/BeautyBox5 and select the sweepstakes link (“That Awkward Moment tab). Click "like" to become a fan of the Beauty Box 5 and enter your first name, last name, and email. Entries must be received between 08:00:00 AM (“ET”) on 1/09/14 and 11:59:00 PM (“ET”) on 2/15/14. You are providing your information to Beauty Box 5 and not to Facebook. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address identified in the entrant’s entry by the start of the sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.

LIMIT: One entry per person. Entrants will be awarded one bonus entry for each Facebook friend that enters after the entrant has entered and shared the sweepstakes on Facebook. Entries become the property of the Beauty Box 5 and will not be acknowledged or returned. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participants may not register with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any Participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register/play multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's discretion.

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: One (1) winner who enters on facebook.com/beautybox5 will be randomly selected to win a $300 spa package, merchandise signed by the cast of That Awkward Movie, and a $12 custom beauty box. Total ARV of prizes to be awarded is: $312. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

RANDOM DRAWING/NOTIFICATION: Winners will be via Facebook comment and email after 08:00:00 AM (“ET”) on 2/16/14. Winners are requested to confirm his/her mailing addresses within 48 hours via return email.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: If the winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an new winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any other incidental expenses of prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, home state, likeness, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents DO NOT MAKE, NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE THE QUALITY, CONDITIONS, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY ASPECT OF THE PRIZE BEING OFFERED EXCEPT THAT EACH MERCHANDISE PRIZE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ITS MANUFACTURER’S STANDARD WARRANTY (IF ANY) AND THAT ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS.” GENERAL: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and entrants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and Facebook from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., and each of their respective affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and agents are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
