Fall makeup inspiration and product suggestions!
With New York Fashion Week over, it’s time to start thinking bout how to translate all those gorgeous looks to real life. Here are a few of my favorite looks from the runways and a few suggestions on making them yours!
Foundation Do's and Don'ts:
DO… make sure your foundation matches your skin tone. Swatch the foundation on your jawline, NOT your hand/wrist/arm (your skin isn’t the same color there), and check it in natural light. The right color of foundation will disappear into your skin.
DON’T… pick a pink-toned foundation. No matter what skin tone you have (even if you have cool undertones), a pink-toned foundation will NOT blend into your skin. Your foundation should be yellow or red based; you can still find foundations with cool undertones, I promise.
