Confession: I’m ashamed of how many times I’ve broken the #1 Beauty Commandment- Thou Shalt Always Wash Off Your Makeup.

Scandalous coming from a beauty blog, right? But, washing your face on-the-go can be a chore!

My sleeping-in-makeup habit mostly happens when I’m traveling with a carryon (have you SEEN baggage check prices these days?) and couldn’t bring all my essentials for my nighttime routine, or, if I’m being honest, occasionally I just get exhausted at the thought of trying to scrub away my waterproof mascara and eyeliner that I perfected to last me well into the night.

Luckily, the whole “beauty is pain” idea doesn’t have to apply to taking off products and dirt from my complexion with the convenience of face wipes- but I’m still picky when it comes to them, too! Cleansing wipes should be the girl on-the-go’s standby, but I’m wary of ones that are too oily, smell bad, dry out my face or dry out in their flimsy packaging.
