October has come and gone and your lovely November boxes are on their way, but I still want to share the skinny on your ModelCo products!
Let’s break it down pro/con style:
Honestly, I’m don’t usually use lip liner, so the fact that the Illusion Nude Lip Liner is, well, nude, is helpful, because it can work with any color. Bonus: you can also apply this all over your lips and go over it with a clear gloss for a nice, natural looking lip.
Color: Nude
Pro: smooth, nice nude shade, cap includes sharpener
Con: doesn’t do much to make your lips larger
When I first saw this Satin Lip Couture lipstick I was a little disappointed because I love bold lip colors, but this shade was actually quite pretty. My advice? I’d apply two layers (apply, blot with a tissue, and apply again), because this guy doesn’t have a ton of staying power.
Color: Sunset
Pro: nice color, goes on smoothly
Con: doesn’t last long
I have a confession: I hate stains. I specifically don’t like cheek/lip stains because they taste weird, dry out my lips, and my poor cheeks usually end up looking clown-y since I can’t seem to work the liquid in fast enough. However, I don’t mind this Cheek + Lip Tint, because the shade is nice and it’s easy to use (on my lips, at least).
Color: Rosy Red
Pro: nice color, interesting taste, goes on pretty easily, doesn’t try out your lips
Con: not much in the tube, you have to apply with your finger (and it stains)
Yours in luscious lip-ery,
Alexa
