Tree Hut rocks my world.
I had the pleasure of trying each body butter, hand cream, and foot scrub we featured this month and from the fabulous fruity scents, to the lusciously thick formulas, this brand can do no wrong!
Initially, this Peppermint and Sugar Exfoliating Foot Scrub was the product I was least excited about, but (in typical Beauty Box 5 fashion) it turned out to be my favorite!
I tried this product in the shower a few times and it worked fine, but I wasn’t blown away, so I decided to try the alternative application message suggested on the back of the bottle and massaged the scrub onto my dry feet while re-watching season three of Games of Thrones. Not only did it soften the blow of televised betrayal, but it left my feet feeling great!
I was so pleased with the results that I decided to try something a little different and use the scrub to exfoliate my hands, too. I used less product this time around and gently buffed, rubbing my hands together. I got nervous because my palms felt a little irritated after a minute or two, so I wiped off the scrub, then washed my hands. They were a little red at first, but the color quickly faded and I was blown away by how soft they were.
Heck, I’m STILL not over how soft they still are. Hands, I promise I will do you right from now on and exfoliate more often!
Coconut Lime Shea Body Butter is a fabulous thing to keep at your desk and in your purse to take care of dry skin, but my favorite time to apply this product is right before I climb into bed!
The scent relaxes me and softs every inch, so I feel silky and moisturized when I wake up. And it helps me dream about long vacations in the tropics.
I like the Coconut Lime Nourishing Hand Cream a lot, but prefer the Tropical Mango scent because I have a serious sweet tooth and it reminds me of dessert!
I keep it at my desk and apply it throughout the day, or simply pop the top and take a not-so-lady-like whiff when I need a pick me up— a much better idea than nom-ing down on my secret chocolate stash.
Loved your Tree Hut sample? Don’t forget to check out more products and scents!
Feel better,
