Sunscreen is the most important part of any anti-aging regimen! Supergoop! should be applied generously to skin (face & body) 20 minutes prior to sun exposure for maximum benefit. Please reapply as needed. Felicity's Tip: Ever wonder how long your sunscreen will protect you? Multiply the length of time you would burn with NO sunscreen by the protection factor (SPF 20, 30, etc.) of your SPF. For example, if you would typically burn in 10 minutes without SPF and you want to know how long your SPF 30 will protect you, multiply 10 X 30 and you will get 300 minutes of protection before you need to reapply. Keep in mind, every time you reapply you cut that original number in half. After reapplication, those 300 minutes drops to 150!
