Thanks for shopping with us! Orders placed in the BB5 Shop will be sent out within three business days of your purchase. 

You will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided immediately after your purchase, and then you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is ready to ship. Orders in the US normally arrive within 5 business days and orders in Canada normally arrive within 2-3 weeks. Shipments to Canada cannot be tracked. 

Note that a shipping fee for shop products will be added to your purchase during checkout. However, there are is no shipping fee for our monthly beauty box.
