What is the BB5 Cancellation Policy?

  • All 3 subscription types- monthly, quarterly & yearly- can be cancelled at any time, BUT you will still be sent any boxes you have paid for prior to your cancellation request.

  • For example: if you cancel your monthly subscription in October after you have been charged for October's box, you will receive that shipment, but will not receive November's.
  • If you start a quarterly subscription in October and cancel before you are billed again on January 1st, you will still receive October, November and December boxes but would not receive January's.
  • If you start a yearly subscription in October and cancel before you are billed again on October 1st of the next year, you will receive October-the next year's September box, but not the next October box.
