Why does my account still show as active although I have already cancelled my subscription?

  • This means that you are still owed boxes that have been paid for prior to your cancellation request. If you received a cancellation confirmation you will not be billed again.

  • After cancellation and all boxes you have prepaid for have been shipped, your account will show as cancelled the month after your last box ships when logged in to your account.
