Does my subscription automatically renew after each term?

  • Yes, all plans receive a box on a monthly basis and renew automatically until requested to stop. To stop a subscription, create a ticket on the BB5 support page.

  • Gift packages are a one-time payment for either a 3 month package, 6 month package, or 12 month package. Gifts do not automatically renew.
