Absolutely! You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking email (for US orders) once your beauty box has shipped.

    I have had small issues with BB5 with a coupon first they bill my account 12.00 for the coupon that says first box free it was before the 21st of Dec 2014 I never get a conformation # or email until I send BB5 a email saying cancel my subscription and the reason In turn they email me telling me they will get back to me ! I finally get a reply 2 days later they tell me my freebox1 coupon is for Novembers BB and 12 $ would be for Decembers BB then as i say they cancel future orders after all this I think they would give me a tracking # for boxes!! Nope just a note telling me they are closed til the 29th of 12/29\14 and Happy Holidays ....as I think about it I try to be nice about the situation ,then i send a reply telling them i wont cancel and then read some more reviews i saw you cant just cancel you have to have some kind if ticket ??? After that which is now 24th I resend a reply to keep me cancelled .Now one more thing after they tell me there closed i get a email from them that they are reviewing my reply about keeping the future boxes Thats when I was fed up and wrote was again Stop all Boxes after i recieve the 2 that are paid for Do not charge me 12.00 in Jan I think Its misleading and my exprience with BB 5 may be just wrong because i could not call as i tried .. In future I may order or reopen but as for now ill wait just my opinion.

    Maureen Jackson is RIGHT! This company cannot be gotten a hold of over the phone and I am in a similar situation with being charged ANOTHER $12 weeks before I was told I would. No shipment emails or confirmation of shipment and no one has gotten back to me. This company is a JOKE. I highly do not recommend them stick with Ipsy! Some one from this "Snap" brands company better get back to me about this!!!!!

    On March 23 I subscribed to BB5 for $12.00 a month also it prompted me to buy an exclusive limited edition box for $39.00 in which i did purchase but after i clicked place order it did not give me any info on what i just purchased for $39.00. I knew i was not going to receive my 1st box till April but i was told via email to customer support that my limited edition box had been shipped by DHL on March 25 so i checked and sure enough it said on DHL web page electronic notification received..... well its April 4th (1 week and 3 days since march 25th ) i checked the DHL tracking # and to my surprise it says the exact same thing the 1st time i checked it on the 25th "electronic notification received"
    Now there is no Tel# to contact customer support so mind you i am deeply upset to say the least...i am not even sure if i am ever gonna receive that $39.00 limited edition box!!!! no way of knowing if DHL has it or if its still in BB5 in Houston. DHL is closed on the weekends so im absolutely frustrated.... How long does it take to get it???? i mean if its coming from Houston,TX im only 4 hours away it shouldn't take over a week to receive it! If im this flustered over a limited edition box and I am yet to receive my 1st subscription box (Lord have mercy). all i gotta say is you need to get a customer service Telephone help line because all this emailing back and forth is getting us no where. i am getting the feeling i am being scammed here. I would really appreciate it if you could please resolve this situation ASAP, and contact me.
