Our monthly deadline is the last day of the previous month (i.e. midnight, December 31st to get a January box). Subscribers that sign up between the 1st of the month and the last day of the month will get the next month’s beauty box. For example, if you order a subscription in January, your first box will be sent on February 8th.
People sometimes get confused if they sign-up early in the month but the key thing to note is that whatever month you sign-up, your first box with ship on the 8th day of the following month. Sign-up September 2nd, you get an October box.
so I signed up in February and didn't get a box but now its march and I am getting charged again, will I get a box this time?
Same thing for me I signed up in February was charged but didn't receive a box. then was charge again in March.
I signed up on Feb 27 and it is now March 11 and I haven't recieved a box.. now ? what? I will be charged again in March for a box I haven't even recieved!!!!
So I will always have one month credit
