Our monthly box deadline for the current month's box is on the last day of the previous month by midnight each month (i.e. Oct. 31st, midnight for Novembers box). If you ordered on or after the first day of the month you will be receiving the next months box as your first box (i.e. Nov. 1st order = December box delivery).
All beauty boxes are shipped on the 8th of the month. You will receive a shipping confirmation at that time. Boxes in the US normally arrive within 5 business days and Canadian boxes arrive within 2 - 3 weeks.
Your first payment is processed at the time you subscribe to BB5. With monthly subscriptions, after your first payment, the recurring payments are charged to your credit card every 30 days so that you do not miss the next month’s deadline.
