BB5 Boxes are not 100% customized and every month we have a slight variation of colors, shades, or products sent out.
When you create an account with us, we offer a beauty profile for you to fill out so we can get to know your preferences. While we use the beauty profile as a guide for our products as a whole, we are unable to customize boxes on an individual basis at this time.
We strive to feature products that don't require specific hair types and skin tones- and we love to hear from you!
